We will endeavour to respond within a reasonable period and in any event within the one month timeframe set out in the Data Protection Act. Vestigo will not charge you a fee to provide you a copy of your data according to your right above, however we reserve the right to charge a fee if your requests are clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

8 Changes to this privacy statement

Vestigo reserves the right to modify or amend this policy from time to time as we deem necessary or as is required by law. When any changes are made we will amend the revision date at the top of this page and the modified or amended policy will apply from that date. We encourage you to review this notice regularly to remain informed about how we are processing your information. You are deemed to accept the terms of the policy on your first use of the website following the revision.
